It has since been developed into one of Sydney's "Game Meat Specialists", as well as supplying product around NSW we also supply many interstate customers.

With Australia's first purpose built Q.A. HACCP Approved Deer processing facility, Alpine produces domestic product of the highest quality, processed to your requirements.

As well as Venison, Alpine processes and wholesales a wide range of other Game such as Kangaroo, Emu, Crocodile, Ostrich, Buffalo, Camel, Rabbit, Game Birds and much more.
